Grant Writing & RFP Proposal

We help our clients win new business by developing solicited and unsolicited proposals. The solicited proposal is composed in response to a formal request and must follow the solicitation requirements. Alternatively, if the client does not request a solicitation, we will prepare an unsolicited proposal. This proposal offers more flexibility, but both require winning strategies.

Our analysts coordinate all aspects of proposal development, following our client’s proposal process and utilizing their proposal development tools. Alternatively, we can utilize our in-house proposal development process if the client doesn’t have one of their own. We have the capability to work on assignments anywhere in the world and can manage your proposal virtually, using a complete suite of virtual proposal tools.

A business proposal is a document used by a B2B or business-facing company (this may not always be the case) where a seller aims to persuade a prospective buyer into buying their goods or services.
Formally solicited-business proposal is made when you respond to an official request for a business proposal. Informally solicited-business proposals are written when there isn’t an official request for a proposal. Unsolicited-Think of this as a marketing brochure or a cold email. Unsolicited business proposals will often take a generic, one-size-fits-all approach to business proposals.
